I think the reason for the new popularity of that page might have to do with the recent news articles about the HST (I read a couple today in the National Post – http://www.nationalpost.com/news/canada/story.html?id=1998071, http://www.nationalpost.com/news/canada/toronto/story.html?id=1998194, http://www.nationalpost.com/story.html?id=1996725, etc). I’m sure the other papers have been publishing such articles as well, just can’t be bothered to look them up.
